Three tacos with your choice of corn or flour tortillas. Mexican chorizo sausage, scrambled eggs, pico de gallo and cheese.

BREAKFAST ENCHILADAS 
Comes with three enchiladas filled with scrambled eggs, pico and avocado. Topped with your choice of salsa and melted cheese. Choice of Salsa: Red or Green

STEAK FAJITAS OMELET 
Scrambled eggs, steak, tomatoes, onion, peppers, and cheese. Served with black beans and sour cream.

CHILAQUILES PLATE 
Fried Corn tortillas cooked in salsa and sprinkled with fresh Mexican Cheese. Served with egg and
choice of meat (steak, Pork, chicken, or Pastor). Salsa (Red or Green).

HUEVOS RANCHEROS 
Two crispy corn tortillas, Two eggs over medium with red salsa, topped with melted cheese, sour cream, and Pico de Gallo. Served with Rice and Beans.

RIBEYE CHIMICHURRI 
Two eggs any style, ribeye steak, chimichurri sauce, red potatoes & caramelized onion.

PANCAKES 
Fluffy, golden griddle cakes made from a light batter and cooked to perfection. Served warm with butter and maple syrup.

FRENCH TOAST
